ATLAS-CAT JV has been formed by Atlas Pantou Co Ltd and C&A Toumazis Co Ltd, two well known and highly respected building and civil engineering contracting companies that have joined forces in order to commence operations in the Gulf Area and the Arabian Peninsula.

Both companies are based in Cyprus, a Mediterranean country that is a full member of the European Union and the Euro zone. Their activities include fully fledged operational subsidiary and associate companies in Greece and the United Kingdom. They have also successfully executed a variety of projects in far a field places such as Gibraltar, Cairo, Ramalla, Bahrain, Moscow and Manila.

Atlas Pantou and C&A Toumazis are two independent family owned companies actively managed by their experienced and highly qualified shareholders. They have a similar business philosophy that has been the cornerstone of their robust growth: strong financial fundamentals, high standards of quality and safety, timely completion, client satisfaction and high ethical standards. The two companies share common roots going back to late 1930’s and early 1950’s. Their respective founding members were instrumental in the spectacular development of the city of Famagusta prior to 1974. Having lost a substantial part of their assets and operations and been displaced since then due to the Turkish occupation of northern Cyprus, the two companies followed independent paths from 1987. From that year onwards they collaborated on a number of projects and maintain common interests in related companies.
